Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://thefertguymuskegonheights.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, The Fert Guy markets and arranges Lawn Fertilization, Artificial Turf Installation, Weed Control Service, Fall Lawn Cleanup, Snow Removal Service, Garden Bed Maintenance, Lawn Care Company, Artificial Grass Installer. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. The Fert Guy (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. The Fert Guy reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer. The Fert Guy makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fert Guy's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid The Fert Guy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify The Fert Guy against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MI, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MI.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
